every time I come here for my appointment I am made to wait 1.5 hours to see the vet. screwed up my dog’s vaccination schedule so now the vaccine boosters are 4+ months apart instead of being all at the same time.
Wonderful people from front desk to veterinary personnel! Affordable! They show they care about you and your fur babies! They even have a military/veteran discount! Great veterinary office!
tricked me into a 12 month contract all because i wanted to take my cat in once for an emergency. FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAY THEY BARELY DO ANYTHING!!! and force procedures that aren’t necessary. NOT once do they mention it’s a contract or specify i guess that’s how they get you.
Last week I had to take my 15 yo dog in to be put to sleep. Hind legs giving out, difficult walking, tumor kept getting bigger was in constant pain They quoted me $200 to help him cross over. (I was bringing him back home ) get to the office the tech in the back (cold hearted, no empathy) said they had to do a full exam then the Vet wld determine IF he needs to be put down.
