Great service and treated my Louie like the King he is..lol. They have great plans for Pele on a bigger and the best vets and assistants.
The experience was great. They took care of my pups and kept me informed. Susan was wonderful explaining things, making me feel welcomed, and helping me wrangle my lovable terrors.
They were so compassionate with my dog Maple. Maple was not acting like herself and was very anxious. They sat on the floor with her and gave her dog biscuits and she calmed down a lot. I apologize for the continued mean-mugging Maple dished out during her visit 🤣
I am extremely disappointed with the level of organization and customer service at this location. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and no assistance was offered when weighing my dog. Staff members observed from a distance rather than providing help. Additionally, I asked three separate employees to explain why my pet was being prescribed a particular medication, and none were able to provide a clear or satisfactory answer.
