Our mini poodle dog had her first dental cleaning here, and she has never been the same since. From that day on, she stopped letting anyone touch her body. I would not recommend this veterinary office. I recently moved to the area and brought my cats in for an initial exam. During the visit, I was told both of them have Stage 3 dental disease and needed to come back as soon as possible for dental cleanings. The earliest appointment available was three weeks later, which I accepted. The day before that appointment, I received a missed call to confirm it. That worked perfectly in theory, but it didn’t happen. Potter had his yearly teeth cleaning and during his exam they found a tooth with periodontal disease and it needed removal. The staff was AMAZING! Kept me informed before, during and after the removal on how Potter was doing. They were extremely kind and caring with my little boy which put me at ease. I highly recommend this location in Secaucus on County Avenue.
