We had a wonderful experience today and would like to give a special thank you to Alicia. She was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our visit regarding our cat. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything in detail, making us feel comfortable and well informed. My 6 year old male dog was scheduled to have a hernia removed as well as being fixed. This appointment was cancelled 2x since may 2026. When the day finally came which was today they performed no surgery but an x- ray. The procedure was scheduled for 8 am and we didn't leave until 330 pm and nothing was done but a freaking x- ray. The doctor stated he needed an x- ray before the procedure was done. The vet then determined the hernia removal was to complicated for him. He offered referrals. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE (Continuing my review) I called from Monday-Wednesday about a dozen times, even my mom called & left voicemails & they NEVER answered. During this time my cat is getting worse, now barely eating & surviving on small treats, SQ fluids & meds (which is why I was frantically calling their office).
