Banfield was amazing! My roommates little puppy had been in pain and crying, having internal discomfort from digestive issues and I was worried that it could potentially be serious. They could tell how worried I was since her owner wasn't addressing the ongoing issue. They were full that day and said they would let me know about cancellations but decided to have me come in and leave her there so they could care for her when they could find the time, which they did. We have been going to Banfield for about 3 years now, and have been impressed. As lifetime pet owners, we were looking for a veterinary clinic that felt like home. We recently had to put our good boy down, and the care that they showed was above and beyond. Along with the urn with his ashes, we received a paw prints on paper and in a cast. There was also a card, with messages from the many people who had worked with our Gunnar. It was amazing. ♥️

I always have a positive experience with the drs and all of the staff always go above and beyond. But i met with Dr. Maggie Gillen. She was very judgmental upon meeting us. I came for a comprehensive check up and she had nothing to say other than saying my dog needed more training and that he needs to be groomed. I felt that was very rude off the bat. Everyone always welcomes my dog and loves his presence. Then she had to say something about my little nephew…. She commented on him not being able to do “baby talk” yet. Which ... read more
