I have been going to Banfield for years. I never had an issue until Dr. Singleton. While he seemed competent in treating my dog, he is unresponsive and does not follow up with his clients even after they spend $2,000 on bloodwork. I have called several times trying to get a response. I was assured that he would call me back and never received a call. I was not given a cost break down or being told what im being charged for waited a week to hear back from their manager had to call corporate and then call them back again they were unsympathetic and unwillingly to resolve the issue. Banfield Pet Hospital is a delight. The staff is welcoming and treat your pet like their own. I have the pet plan and my dog receives all her medical care under the plan and at the Moorestown facility.
