I took my dog in for a sick visit this past weekend and the staff was incredible. Dr. Green was phenomenal. She was not only terrific with my dog but was so kind, gracious and caring to me. I'll be trying to book our next appointment with her as well.
Clean office, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to make a same day appointment for them to assess my dogs leg injury.
We went to this location last minute because they had an opening instead of our normal South Park location. I cannot begin to explain the differences in experiences. The Ballantyne location has way better parking, insanely nice staff, huge waiting room, great area for kids but the tech and vet made all the difference. They were short staffed and still took care of all of our needs and fast. Made us feel like the only ones there. Dr. Green recently started at this location and she is AN ANGEL ON EARTH!!!!!
