The hospital staff are so so nice! I expect offices like this to send appointment reminders/confirm appointments ahead of time - but they literally called me the day after my cat Charlie’s dental cleaning (which involved anesthesia) to make sure my cat was still doing okay. The vets are so willing to answer questions/give realistic suggestions for care. The office staff are great about synchronizing appointments for multiple pets.
