Yes We have been with Yankin Park / Banfield pet Hospital for around 15 + years in SP ! So for years I have Certainly/ in the Past have always very much admire the devotion to our pets they have Shown and appreciated the Staff/ Vetinary Doctors there / techs Especially Dr. powell !!! Our family moved to help out 4- years ago from SP to Rockingham area due to our Youngest daughter that was diagnosed with blood Cancer so we are about 30- 40 minutes away depends on traffic ! Frequent cancellations or reschedules. Never enough providers. Charging exam fees for even a vaccine booster - won’t even see a pet for emergencies. Very disappointing. Edited review: dropped to 1 after today. Not once did I authorize blood work or heart worm testing yet received an invoice that totaled $260 for routine preventative vaccines. Mind you, this was after poor customer service. I was a customer for over 7 years when it was Yadkin Animal Hospital. Today was my last visit.
