I am sad to see this location close. We’ve been taking our fur kids to Banfield Lake Highlands for a few years. This location lovingly helped us when our big boy Rambo transitioned over the Rainbow Bridge. The staff will forever have a special place in our hearts. The doctors and staff were exceptional with taking care of my dog. My dog was missing for hours, and after finding her, she had cuts and bruises all over her body. I called Banfield and they immediately jumped into taking such great care of my dog and her injuries. They also were so friendly and caring to my family. I’m so appreciative of this staff for helping us and giving my dog the best treatment she could ask for!

This vet had me leave because I was 11 minutes late and told me to come back in order to see Dr Cross today and Dr Cross was NOT here. They did not keep up with my pet shot records and unsure which vaccinations she needs. I am here and have waited almost 30 minutes and they finally brought my dog back to the vet! This was an unnecessary drive when they could have seen my dog yesterday if they were going to make me wait double today. Terrible service and terrible management. I highly recommend not going to this veterinary clinic. Today was the last time I went because they gave me, for the third time, FOR THE THIRD TIME, a medication that my pet is allergic to. My wife and I need to be better informed about the medications these people prescribe because THEY ARE NOT HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS OF ANY KIND.
