We have been taking our dog here since we first got him and we will likely do so as long as we have him. We have been so pleased with his care and the work of the front desk ladies, vet techs, CVTs and Drs! I brought my dog in last weekend for a very scary GI episode. This is not the first time it’s happened but I am riddled with fear every time. The clinic is very clean abd stellst nice. The staff are kind and helpful. There were a few emergencies, so my appointment was pushed back, but they did there best to keep things moving. The vet didn't push a lot of expensive treatment or make me feel guilty. All in all. - it was a good experience.
Your special plans charge you money every month and when you take your dog in, you still get a bill for $100 $200. Every time. They neutered my dog and developed a life-threatening infection. Afterwards I spent $20,000 saving her life. They took no responsibility. They suck
Found them to be very passionate about my pet. My pet was having some issues with his skin . So very happy to say today he's doing great . Would recommend them for pet care .
We are very happy to have our new puppy with Banfield. It's close to home and convenient.
