Horrible company!! They are lazy and should NEVER touch your pets. Definitely not worth the $$$. Zero compassion. Remember even though you pay hundreds of dollars a month for a plan they make YOU keep up with vaccines and preventative care. They will only reach out when they need money from you. 4th time we've had a bad experience. They will not take responsibility. The girls won't even get off their chair to check you in. What a joke of a company. They lie lie lie.
When I took my cat here (Cork) for his visits everyone was so kind and wonderful and really made it a personalized experience When it was time for Cork to go down they were the kindest most understanding people I could ever be with. For such a difficult time the staff really were a light and a blessing
I had a great experience with this clinic. The vet took such good care of my dog and was very kind and attentive. She took the time to explain everything and made sure my dog was comfortable. I really appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Marissa the vet tech here truly is a beautiful soul. I cant put into words how you made me and my family feel as we navigated through putting our pug down. He was our world and this was the hardest day but your compassion helped us through it. I cant recommend this vet clinic enough. Thank you
