The care team in Sterling, VA is great. One suggestion not to the care team but to the Banfield Access Plan. It will be kind and appreciated if we could stop paying the monthly payments or transfer it to the new pet after our beloved dog passed away on August 02, 2026. Thanks.

My poor dog Minnie needed an urgent appointment, and they were super accommodating and more importantly, incredibly kind and highly competent. From the front desk through the vet assessment and in checkout, my dog and I had a wonderful experience. All of my questions and concerns were fielded so thoughtfully and comprehensively that I am permanently changing my dog’s care to here. So grateful for the thoughtful and professional team!
I have been bringing my dogs to this veterinary clinic for the past four to five years. It used to be a place I trusted, but unfortunately, the quality of care has gone downhill. The only reason I have continued coming here is because of one of the veterinary assistants, who has always been kind, caring, and professional.
