After dealing with an awful experience at the manahawkin location, I was hesitant to call the brick location. I’m happy I did! The whole staff at the brick location is wonderful! The vet was awesome, explained everything in detail. I went into the appointment scared, and left really confident that my little guys were ok! I ended up switching all my future appointments to the brick location!
Love every single person I interacted with at Banfield. Everyone was kind. Blue is always nervous but the Vet and the assistants were wonderful!
