Their online appointment system sucks. I got confirmation and visited there. At the front, they didn't have my pet’s appointment.
This place has gotten worse and worse and I'm done! From rarely anyone picking up their damn phone to a different veterinarian about every time I take my pet in. This past visit they prescribed harsh antibiotics for my 15 year old dog for preventative measures and it's given her diarrhea so bad she's bleeding, the antibiotics were not necessary!! And no one picks up their phone so I could confirm I can stop giving them to her. Their health care "plan" is a contract and if you want out early it costs a good chunk of money. Ha... read more
