I scheduled an in room appointment & when I brought my cat , they wanted to have him dropped off & “get to him when they can “ because the doctor was in surgery even though the appointment specifically said in room. My cat was dehydrated and had been up all night with diarrhea and hadn’t ate or drank water in two days . I left after she “ had to ask the doctor if he’d give Simba IV’s”. I have a mixed review. Most of the time the value and care is spot on. However, we scheduled an annual dental cleaning a year ago and this week I received all the appropriate text notifications and instructions and expectations. Multiple phone calls over the past two weeks to confirm. Great. However, 🫣 when we arrived early for the drop off on Friday, we were told it was a scheduling mistake, our dog had to leave and reschedule at a later date. We have a very large dog (140lbs so far). Some places seem very hesitant to see him. The doctor and staff here have been happy to care for him and have been very good, friendly and calm when working with him. They have offered helpful advice and helped us out with a few issues for him. Would love to see some expanded hours as we have had one emergency where we had to go elsewhere, but we will continue to take him here for his care when we can.

We love this location and all the vets and staff there. We have a previously abused dog who is rather anxious. They are nothing but patient, kind and accommodating to her needs. We do have her on an OWP, which we find worth the cost because it pays for itself after the visits related to meds and dental.
