They put me on hold and forget about me, I call them back and no answer. They would have 5 stars if the girl at the front desk actually did her job and answered the phone. This isn’t the first time either.
They used to offer cat nail trimming as a walk in for reasonable price now you have to pay an additional 75to be on a wellness program?Now i will take my vetenerian needs elsewhere,place is getting expensive,especially when competitors are opening up blocks away,adios Banfield your greed cost you a customer!
Updated: Banfield came through and made it right. Waylon’s teeth are cleaned and he is very thankful for the care he gets at the West Jordan location. Will not be bringing my dog back here. Something must have happened in the back area. He is terrified and defensive when the take him back there. He has been fine until the last two times. Yesterday they had us stay the they took him in the back and he “nipped” at them. I heard the vet saying get him out of here now. Take him out. I’ve brought my dog here for probably 1.5 years to have his anal glands done. It’s never been a problem. They just do walk ins which is really nice. They have always been nice and friendly. I can say that. Today I brought him in and they refused to do it because he wasn’t a patient there. It’s never been a problem before. And they weren’t even sure if it was a new policy or what. Very disappointing and totally inconsistent.
