I will never bring my dog back to this clinic. I brought in my 15-year-old Mastiff for an ear hematoma and repeatedly explained that I was on an extremely limited budget. I stated multiple times that I only wanted care that was medically necessary that day. Despite that, the charges continued to increase until I had spent nearly $500 on services, medications, and products that I did not believe I had clearly authorized or understood. They charged me $56.50 for an ear wash procedure that took less than one minute and they also prescribed a nasty medication that made my cat sick while there are organic solutions that work to alleviate the same problems. This veterinarian is no different than big Pharma for humans. They use nasty drugs so they can charge more. I won’t be back.
I just love this place! Last visit Dr.Krohn met us at the door. He inquired about how Luna my cat handled the ride. He was so cheerful, pleasant and communicated clearly. He also was quite educational when it comes to caring for my new elderly cat. Luna liked Spencer who came to take her back for a shot. He too was absolutely great. Emily at the front desk was stupendous as well. She was fantastic when she called to confirm my appointment in addition to being a shining star throughout the entire visit. Luna gets monty
