If you love your dog don’t bring them to the banfield dental clinic (separate clinic from the actual banfield hospitals). We brought my dog in for a cleaning and she had a little trouble with her hips before but leaving she could barely walk and one of the techs told my husband that something went wrong with an injection but would get better in a few days. Really great service and staff at this Banfield Pet Hospital. It's known for being the go to hospital for dental procedures in the area, but they are a fully functioning pet hospital too. All the staff here, from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the vets who I've worked with over the past few weeks while my pup was healing after a tooth extraction have all been awesome and helpful! Brought my dog Frankie here for his vaccines! He was nervous at first and warmed up to both the vet assistant and the doctor! Everyone was extremely kind and warm! They did the vaccines in the room with me present which I loved the most. Overall our experience was great!

Good until they weren’t. I had a geriatric dog who had been in before, and I called when they opened on 7/20/25 for a same day euthanasia appt, and they declined to get him in. Banfield is good in general if you have a healthy dog, but were not great if my dogs were sick.
