Canceled wellness plan after years of going to Banfield. The best vet has left this location and my last experience was totally unsatisfactory. The vet who saw my cat seemed to be terrified of the cat as soon as they walked in the clinic and barely tried to touch my cat. They had me complete weight and dewormer. Why am I paying these people if they can't even touch my cat. Very disappointed!!! I would give 1 star if my previous experiences hadn't been positive. This visit was highly disappointing!
After 13 years of being on a banfield wellness plan, I am in the process of leaving a DV relationship, and therefore, seriously lacking funds. Somehow I have still managed to continue paying for her plan, on time, as I have for 13 years. I called the clinic and expressed that I found a program where I can exchange needles, for free, for my cat, but they are not open until tomorrow. They stressed that a vaccine must be updated within 2 weeks, this information was corrected by other location as 6 weeks. I hope their communication gets better. I loved their Bellevue location. Telling someone that a vaccine needs to be done within 2 weeks makes them think it needs to be done in 2 weeks. Update: I am not sure what they did but now he is upset when I trim his nails. This is new behavior, he has never done this before.

They do an amazing job taking care of my baby girl Raven:) she will be 3 years old the 28th of this month she got her teeth clean and had to be put under and said she did amazing when she woke up which I was worried but they calmed me down
