Our pets are always treated well here, and the staff are always very friendly!
We had a great experience with Banfield, specifically this location. Their facility is clean and welcoming. The front desk was helpful and friendly. Our vet tech was awesome! She walked us through prices and we ended up signing our cat up for a wellness plan. They were very sweet and caring to our cat, and previously with our dog. I've lost my confidence in this company. I started my Banfield journey in Washington state, and what I thought was a one off difficulty with documentation and paperwork would lead to a regular annoyance. Vaccines from my prior vet were sent, but "tucked away" in a particular location on their system.
