The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Listening to any concerns and answering any questions! They love and care for my dog like I would do! They enjoy spoiling and loving on him.
I got no help from them not one bit and wanted to claim it was because of the fleas why what was I supposed to do give the cat a shower beforehand?
I've took my fur baby fixed. Thinking this will be common but it was not for them. My baby got the surgery a week after she was still dripping blood. I called and told them It was a dime size hole that is not stitched. I was scheduled to come in 4 days after and was charged $600 + extra to put in staples for a job that was not done correctly the first time. The guy that was performing the surgery was tried to tell me I have to do the surgery over and tried to charge me $1000 which I knew they was trying to rip me off because... read more
Never going again
Great place and while location is slightly out of the way, it's not problematic. Staff seem to genuinely care for animals and customers.
