Scheduled a surgery after having to take my dog with a bleeding mouth to 4 different banfields just for them to call me back a few hours later and say they couldn’t do a the surgery… now being a week later I still have a dog struggling to eat everyday. I call banfield over 6 times today and cannot get a call back or anyone to ever take my call after have been a customer a my dog being a patient of theirs for 10 years. Banfield is a professional and caring vet. I love this location because it’s just a vet, no store to walk through like the other locations. Thank you for always taking care of my sweet babies.
We only had one visit so far as we just moved into the neighborhood, but everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr Diaz was great and very personable. We purchased their in house plan for appts and vaccines. We will be going back.
