The people here were amazing. I loved how kind and thoughtful they were. They were gentle with my dog who is very scared of people and handled her very well, I will definitely be going back!!!!
they couldn’t approve my chewy prescription for Heartgard medication, because they said my heartworm test is due Sept 29th. I ordered the medication on Sept 1st. I asked if I could at least order a 1 month dosage for my dogs and they said no. It’s messed up. They said they need a more recent test. And they told me I could pay for the heart worm test out of pocket. Literally just trying to take my money and make me pay for things I don’t need. It’s so messed up.
Scheduled a surgery after having to take my dog with a bleeding mouth to 4 different banfields just for them to call me back a few hours later and say they couldn’t do a the surgery… now being a week later I still have a dog struggling to eat everyday. I call banfield over 6 times today and cannot get a call back or anyone to ever take my call after have been a customer a my dog being a patient of theirs for 10 years.
