Banfield takes great care of my Frenchie Max. Max is 2 years old and they keep me informed of what to do next. They also have an app that helps you care for your pet.
I have an optimum well ness plane which has saved me a lot of money as I have a dog with a chronic ear infection. I followed Dr. Sammons from the Orange Grove/River Clinic as he is very familiar with my pet’s history. He explains everything and we always discuss options. It’s a much longer drive for me but so worth it!!
I recently lost my German Shepard a couple months ago and I want to thank you for all the care you gave her. The staff was very caring and helpful.
We had a very sick cat that needed immediate attention. Banfield was the first to get me in the day it all started. We now have a very healthy girl! Had Dr. Sammons shrugged off what I believed was going on with our recently adopted Senior Siamese cat we would have lost her. Thank you Banfield at Speedway and Swan! From front desk to Dr., you are awesome!
