I brought my long-haired cat in for care, paying $329 for essentially nothing. They didn't shave her to find/show her wound, didn't perform the tests I requested, and didn't administer vaccines. Instead, they told me her condition was so dire that I should go to an emergency hospital they recommended for $4k-$5k if not to "humanely" put her down.
