Compassionate all around. They donwhat they can. There's apparently a coupon for your first time visit on Facebook. Liz at the front desk is great I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
Fast, friendly, competent vets. Prices are high for services, even with pets enrolled in the wellness plan. We go elsewhere (Western University Vet Program in Pomona, CA) for trays, ultrasound, and other expensive tests and obtain those services at less than one third the cost at Banfield.
If I could give them 1000 stars I would!!!! Amazing staff! We just got an eight month old Yorkie from a breeder. Have been taking my 3 cats there for about a year now and would highly recommend! All of the staff are super friendly & knowledgeable. Have had no problems getting an appointment, sometimes if they’re busy you have to drop off and pick up later, which is fine. Have never had a problem here!
Unfortunately, after more than 7 years of using this service, I experienced what I believe to be fraudulent practices. The operation feels more corporate than caring, with a strong focus on money rather than client or pet well-being. If Dakota is assigned to you, proceed with caution—my experience was that she showed little concern and only recommended additional medications. Disappointing overall.
