I’m the absolute only patient there and still 20 minutes past my appointment time 10 minutes in the lobby without anyone acknowledging me and then my dog just needs her yearly shots. These people tell me it’s gonna be $389. Forget the free visit it’s bullshit to lure you in. No chance in hell they weren’t professional they weren’t friendly. They’re not very cost-effective. No go anywhere else I mean, anywhere else.
I typically have a good experience at this location, so they get a second star but this experience made me lose trust in this team. My dog is a long standing patient and medically complex. She was given a new medication and had a severe reaction resulting in an expensive emergency vet visit. We did not receive any written guidance about the new medication and what to look for if she reacted poorly. This location is by far the best! The staff Dr Meng Jeff, Autum and everyone are so caring and very compassionate when it comes to our pets. They helped me with the passing of my baby recently and totally understand my pain. I thank them all for taking good care of my baby Gio these past 11 years. Wish I could write this place in -5. Dr. Kirk is the rudest person I’ve ever met and I would never bring another animal back to this place.
It seemed like every aspect of the visit was an opportunity to upcharge me for everything. Even at the end I was suggested a food for uti issues. I said sure if you have samples. No, $8 per small can. $3 at Petsmart. $850 total for the visit, if I wanted more answers extras would have put it over $1,000.
