Classified my dog as aggressive and proscribed a human dose of gabapentin and trazodone because of her irritability during an ear infection inspection. She never drew blood, she never bruised anyone. These doctors are soft, as verified by the next doctor that saw her. Don't take your pet here.
Started off good when the Colma location opened and now has a time share vibe locked into wellness plans without value. Unlikely to access emergency care and corporate upsell tactics on the regular. Dental cleanings use to make the plan worth it however now service is denied for any test outside parameters. $800 for cat X-rays plus $200 to interpret resulting in an inconclusive diagnosis. Decent vet at times. I like the services they offer. However they are the worst at picking up the phone. I literally got an appointment with a different vet because they wouldn't pick up the phone. The machine kept saying the hospital was closed when it wasn't. When the phone call finally went through, we had to wait for over 20 minutes just to give up and go somewhere else. We're MEMBERS and WE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T PICK UP THE PHONES! Bullshit, right?
