Clean environment, friendly staff, and knowledgeable veterinarians. Our pets have always been clients at Banfield, but it's really unfortunate that since the pandemic, there are no in-room visits. This type of practice of leaving the pet as a drop-off is a big loss to owners because there is less interaction between the veterinarian and the owners, thus on-the-spot questions that might come up during the physical exam will never happen. I took my dog for first time at "Animal Hospital Colma". The doctor after spending 15 to 20 minutes with me and my dog, he gave the prognosis "GUARDER to Grave". In medical terminology, describing a patient’s condition as ranging from "guarded" to "grave" indicates a progression from extreme uncertainty about survival to an expectation of imminent death.
