I love Banfield from the veterinarians to the staff. They are caring, understanding and informative!!
I’ve been to about 5 or 6 different Banfield locations over the course of my 10-year-old dogs life and this one really stands so far ahead of the others. The staff there is so kind and they are just genuine, real people. They are easy to get a hold of and are considerate of your pet, treating them as emotional beings rather than just patients. This particular location is great. Unfortunately, I had to go for a sad occasion, but the staff were great. They gave me so much time to say goodbye to my pet and were so compassionate. It was a sad day for my family, but I’m glad this staff was there.
