RecommendedFriendly staff and clean place
I took my dog in for a check up in December, I did a drop off & i was so disappointed. When I went to pick up my dog, he was filthy. They literally gave me my poor baby with paws dirty and his behind dirty with poop. Their excuse “oh he made a mess in the kennel.” If I’m dropping off my boy I don’t expect him to be dirty when I pick him up, pretty sure they could’ve cleaned him up but were too lazy to do it. Dr. Yanovich is the BEST! My dog has recently been diagnosed with bone cancer and it's extremely sad. We're doing what we can for him and she has been nothing but supportive and informative. I feel like he's getting the best possible care and she and the entire team have been so nice and helpful.
I am so happy with my experiences here, and feel so lucky that Dr. Yanovich is our vet! She goes above and beyond, and treats my dog like her own. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and always go out of their way to fit me in. My dog never feels nervous or dislikes going to the vet because of how awesome everyone treats him. You take great care of my pup. I would rate 5* if it wasn't sometimes so difficult to make payments... I would think you would have accounts receivable down pat.
