The personnel are qualified, & very loving with the animals. If hey are afraid, they take the time to calm them down. Jack was very nervous at first, but they took the time to make him comfortable, give him treats, & make friends. Love the fact they are open on Saturday!
RecommendedThese are the best Vets under the sun! My Coton de Tulear is a very sweet dog, but seems to have many tummy issues. They have been so very patience, kind and loving to our pet and to us. We feel like family and very loved here. We travel 40 to 50 some minutes to the aberdeen location. The time traveling depends on the time of day. We pass many good vets on our way, but we prefer the outstanding care and skills our Banfield veterinarians offer! The entire staff is outstanding!
All 3 of my dogs come here and all 3 are on the Wellness plan. We've never had issues with the plans and they always call to let me know when vaccines are due. I only trust Dr. Auringer with my babies and they love her! Best vet office!
We were forced to pay up until March on the dog plan when we cancelled in November. Do not go through their puppy plan. The vet at Banfield couldn't even diagnose my dogs skin issues. We had to pay $250 at another vet just to get her in the right medication and Banfield still made us pay them too. They are a rip off. Their vets don't know wth they are doing.
Dont get the puppy wellness plan. These people know nothing about caring for your dog beyond the basics.
Best veterinary office around...very professional, friendly and extremely caring! I'm always pleased when we bring our dogs in and look forward to our visit.
