Ive never been so disgusted in a business in my life.. this was kanes vet before i got him and continued to use this location since i got him. #1 Before i got him he developed a head shake where he would flop his ears repeatedly. They said it was nurological and to see a specialist. #2 he had sudden large swelling under his jaw about a yr ago. Took him in on appt at 6pm on a friday, after looking at him for a min the vet says looks like cancer id take him ti the ER for testing imediatly. Was a infection not cancer. Vet just ... read more

Everyone is so nice there , I always feel good to drop my pets knowing they will get the best care. They take their time and communicate with you all the time before going forward with a treatment , giving you updates and also calling back once your pets are back home for follow us. The best service ever.🤗
I had a wonderful experience with the hospital, staff, and Dr. Mizesko. Unfortunately, I live on the Northside so they cannot be my regular Vet :( I would recommend this office to everyone though! They helped my pet and I during an emergency on the weekend, and I felt as if they honestly cared about my fur baby! Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital for everything you did!
Love Banfield! We have 3 huskies and it makes it so affordable to get them taken care of and keep them up to date on shots, etc. The staff and Dr.'s are always so nice and you can tell they love what they do and care about about the pets. We use to go to the one at the Town Center, and now that the one in Jax Beach has now opended it makes it so conevient for the pups and us, since we live right around the corner! We've been customers with Banfield for about 5 years now and don't plan on going anywhere!
