I never had a horrible experience here. My only complaint is they rush your pet back and if you have any questions you have to rush at the end to think of them. I have a young cat I’m looking into getting neutered elsewhere because of this. They say “it goes faster.” But I made the appointments ahead of time so my cats health is NOT rushed...
Horrible!!! No point to schedule an appointment because they don’t keep it!! Inconvenience!! Highly upset!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude staff, no compassion for animals. They only thing they love is your money.
What’s the point of having business hours if you don’t adhere to them and close early? I drive an hour and 15 minutes to get to the hospital before they close at 6 pm. I show up at 5:45 pm to pick up my dogs medication. I’m then told from PetSmart staff that they decided to close and there was NOBODY that could help me get my dogs medication until Monday. Very, very poor service.
We've had nothing but bad experiences here. We purchased a plan for all three of our pets a while back and every time we go there for "routine" things, we end up with a huge bill in the end. They apparently dewormed my dog but somehow she got worms right after. They have an excuse for everything. We don't trust them with our pets any longer!
