I am very very disappointed in Banfield Animal hospital. Every time you try to make an appointment you’re calling for over an hour because no one ever picks up the phone. And then when they do pick up the phone and you have a sec or her animal they tell you it’ll be three days before they can see your pet. Very pissed and awful customer service!!!!!

I feel that two years ago when I went for first time ,things went well ,staff was great ,they seemed like they cared about my dog. The last year they changed people and doctors and I feel they could care less about my dog. if you want your dog to be seen by the vet ,you must drop off and they put dog in crate until they get to the pet . this still takes about a month , even IF its an Emergency. this I find unacceptable. therefore after yesterdays visit I will be taking my dog to another VET, When I asked them yesterday ,the ... read more

Not happy ..Iam furious took my dog yesterday the vet gave him two shots sent him on his way after telling her I asked her if an xray would be the way to see if anything was in there but states he would have to be sedated because he nips which most dogs would if their in pain and if you don't know to handle them ...so hours later rushed up to Red Bank animal Hospital took an xray immediately and was a coin in his intestines. ..this could of been avoided if she really took the xray

I love the staff here so much. They are very accommodating to all of my needs for Mama and Onyx
