They tell you that your dog can be seen as an emergency anytime but then you go with the need of a vet and they just throw you away without taking a look to the pet at least..!!! Very disappointed about this place..!!!
I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital in Rockaway. We signed up a few months ago for the wellness plan and I couldn't be happier. We had to take our dog in yesterday for a bad infection and I am overwhelmed with the care she received from Dr. Ziegler and the entire staff. Dr. Ziegler is a great Doctor and she is so compassionate about what she does. We did not care for the way they handled our pet and even suggested that we have to tranquilize him to bring him back to be checked out. Ridiculous! He's 50lbs and scared...not a threat! We have since found a better place for our first family pet.
