I was in North Carolina when I found out that my dog, Whitney had bladder stones. I called you from North Carolina and scheduled an appointment as soon as I returned to Spring Hill. When I came for my appointment, Doctor Craven reviewed Whitney's x-ray and scheduled surgery. Surgery went great and Whitney came home. The entire staff was wonderful in taking my phone calls anytime I had a concern. They all were professional and caring. I would never recommend going to Banfield,. Totally misdiagnosed my nieces dog saying she had arthritis, paid alot of money , when my nieces dog was still in so much pain she took her to another vet only to find out she has a torn ACL . Not only are they pricey, misdiagnosed the dog, but was extremely rude and heartless
Love them and my dogs love them! They were very lovable to my fur babies and my dogs were very comfortable there. I had my female fixed yesterday and they did an excellent job and gave great instructions. I use the pet plan which is convenient instead of dishing out large amounts at a time.
They were amazing yesterday for my cat. I love him bunches and I wanted the best for him. And yesterday, the staff was marvelous with him. Giving him the care that he needed. I am grateful for them. And will have them as my fur baby's vet. :)
I relocated here from outside of Rochester New York and I couldn't have picked a better vet for my Buddy.
Great experience. Doctor, nurses & assistants were amazing w/my Chihuahua. Couldn't have asked for a better group of staff to take care of my baby girl!
They saved my dog and got her into the office right a way when she got ahold of a bag of chocolate. The staff was great.
A positive experience for my 1 year old cat. Been going to Banfield for 1 year since moving to Florida. They helped me to get through the sad experience of a sick cat and her passing. And our newest family member is a very healthy fur baby. Answered all our questions. And the staff is very friendly.
