Terrible place. Mistake after mistake with my Chihuahua's care. The last straw was when we took her there 3 times for what they wrongly diagnosed as a re-occuring ear infection. These incompetent vets misdiagnosed her. What do you expect from a persom who goes to vetenary school, and then goes to work for Banfield. My poor dog was suffering, so we took her to a real vet. This location is one of the best, I work at another location but when my dog had a toe nail problem my doctor just had her daughter, after seeing one doctor after another I remember how much I trusted the whole staff at this location. It was very hard for me to leave my dog for the day but she was taken care of and everyone loved her. A special thank you to Dr. Pancari and Kristin for taking wonderful care of her. Currently she is still on medication but I do see that she is getting better with every day. I will always recom... read more
