getting rid of the rude nasty girls upfront . showing some compassion with a sick dog , maybe finding out whats wrong with the dog . 2 years and they never found out that my cuddles had cancer

Absolutely horrible! Just stay away at all costs! Long wait times. Filthy lobby, exam rooms. All about the money, money, money. Staff.is rude and condescending. Always turn overs.
RecommendedBanfield is a wonderful hospital. And the staff is fantastic. You will truly love them! They treat you like family.
The Levittown Banfield is wonderful. I absolutely love Dr. Rosen and Colleen. Despite the numerous patients they see each day, they treat my dogs like they are their only patients. They never have to be reminded of Elsa's numerous medical problems, they diagnose and care for one issue while remembering side effects that can happen. That is impressive, because other locations need constant reminders. The entire place is wonderful, but Dr Rosen and Colleen are my favorite. I fully trust them with my dogs' care.
I have taken my pup to bangield in Levittown for over three years. They have taken excellent care of her. I normally see dr. Yohay who is wonderful but have also seen the others doctors when necessary who are also very caring. I have the wellness plan which was so handy because twice the pup has had an allergic reaction to grass/shrubs in Florida. One quick phone call to banfield in Vero Beach and she was seen within a few hours and so well treated even though we were from out of state At no cost to us. Just had to pay for t... read more
Been on the Wellness plan for sometime. Can’t get a urgent care appointment on the same day. This has happened 3 times in 2 years. It took a month to get a regular scheduled visit. Short staffed, always same excuse, “unfortunately” there is only one Dr. today. I even called the Farmingdale store, “unfortunately “no appointments for today. Can I talk to a manager? “Unfortunately“ she isn’t in today. UNFORTUNATELY I AM DONE!
