I brought my dog to banfield on veterans to be seen for a skin issue he was having . they had me drop him off at 9 am ,I even told the people I had work and had to pick him up before 4:30 and my dog still wasn’t seen and needed to be ! I I picked him up at 4:15pm .They did not call to keep me informed nor did they ask me to try to schedule another appointment or apologize . When I brought my dog home he ran to the water bowl and drank the entire bowl ! I will not be returning!
Because my Pet Child, Brooklyn had a cancerous growth in his neck that was found by his groomer! he'd JUST had a wellness exam! A biopsy was performed! i was told it was BEGNIGN! No follow-up! i called. i sent emails! No response! This began in November 2018! Finally! Another biopsy! Diagnosis: MALIGNANT! My Pet Child was DEAD within TWO MONTHS!!!! THEN!!!! The staff have always been amazing!!! They helped my pup transition to his wings and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional and personable group.
Banfield is always busy and always willing to see your pet with an open heart and mind ❤️✌️💖😻
I was extremely unhappy with the customer service . I felt they weren't compassionate or understanding when I voiced my frustration over my dog still having severe skin issues after spending hundreds of dollars. It's definitely not the place to bring an older pet with chronic health issues.
