Every time I need to bring Ruger in we get the best care and very little wait time! I rushed him in yesterday and they made time to see him and his injured leg. The workers here at Banfield really care and I love that they always give a follow up call the next day! Thanks so much for all you do!
Wonderful and caring staff! I just took my cat Ares there after noticing he was not feeling well. I was able to drop him off for the day as they ran tests and waited for lab work. They called several times to update me on his condition throughout the day, and they provided me with options and the costs for everything upfront. Ares is now on the mend thanks to the wonderful doctors and techs.
My kitten Zelda was recently hurt (minor scratch above the eye that caused swelling) and they took amazing care of her and followed up with me the following day of our appointment to check up on her. They have taken care of multiple animals I have brought there and they are great for the basic needs of owning a pet :)
The staff was a bit rude and bottom line they just wanted my money. Four visits and $800 later my cat wasn't getting better. A second opinion proved they worsened his condition, over charged me for it, then messed up the treatment. I will never return to this vet.
