The entire staff at Banfield Medina are fabulous they are caring and competent. I've been with them since 2007. Kelly always makes sure that they make room in their schedule for my "babies" . Especially my special-needs boy Calvin.
Just wanted to say thank you for trying to help us today. Even though our boy couldn't be saved you let us grieve for as long as we needed. I can't express enough how much I appreciated you letting us leave out the back in private since I was so upset. Thank you for your kindness in taking care of our Dragon and reassuring me that he died peacefully.
My pup needed surgery rather emergently and Dr. Neafsey came in specifically for my dogs procedure. That goes to show how caring she is for her patients and their families! Kelly holds a special place in our hearts too! She called to check on our pup the next day and Amanda helped us out post op and helped us get a cone! Also the entire week before getting our dog in for appointments and moving her surgery they were extremely flexible and accommodating! To the staff at Banfield in Medina Ohio....I want to Thank You all for the help you gave Missy in her last hours She trusted you and was always happy to go to "Banfield Medical" Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
