RecommendedI love the dr’s and the vet techs at this location but I honestly have had so many problems with the receptionist named AJ. He is always very rude and makes you feel like a horrible pet parent because you don’t always want to do EVERYTHING on your pet plan. I brought my dog in TWICE for a problem with her back legs and when I told him I didn’t want to do the tests on the plan that didn’t have anything to do with the reason for bringing in my dog! Zero star recommendation for this establishment. And I believe the veterinary director and her staff are aware of why. The damages done to our puppy while in your care are inexcusable!!!! I will never use nor refer this “hospital” to anyone. Use your local vets!!!! At least they genuinely care!
Do not bring your pets here! Care is terrible and the animals are mistreated!
The wellness plans and their customer service for them leave a lot to be desired.
