There wellness plan is a scam . They dont treat your pets well. They over vaccines.
If you need to cancel the plan. Even for a dog that has passed away you must continue paying for the full contract year. PLEASE save yourself money and do your dog a favor and support a local vet instead. Your level of care will be better and your pocket book will thank you.
I pay the monthly fee for my dog. Useless because they never have an opening for an appointment. Right now my daughters pug is sick and they won't see her, said go to emergency vet. She pays the monthly also for two dogs. They are useless. The vets are good but can't get in to see them.
Dr. Kristen Slater is an amazing vet. Her professionalism and compassion make me feel so comfortable my animals are in her care. My 6 week old Golden Retriever puppy, Samantha Grace, loves her too!!! (Picture in the comments)
The crew is amazing, professional and caring! We have been bringing our dog Elmer to Banfield Pet Hospital for 12 years now, and have always been satisfied with them.
