They treat customers terrible. I am canceling contracts For both of my dogs. I made an appointment online, but for some reason it didn’t show on their schedule. I got there and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Finally the groomer went and told them a customer was there. Still she let me continue to Wait while she moved stuff around on shelves for another 5 minutes. Then she came out with a bad attitude and told me it was my fault for not confirming the appointment. MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!
The people were awesome. They even tried to be cost preventative for me. My cats were put at ease and the vet loved my cats. Will visit as often as needed
