For routine stuff they’re ok I guess. But if you need anything significant done they’ll price gouge. Our senior dog hasn’t been eating much lately so they did blood work and said his calcium levels were elevated. They suggested doing an X-ray and urinalysis. They said it would cost $600 with our Banfield wellness program but is normally $1,000.00. Nearly $400 for an X-ray without sedation and $200 for a urinalysis. Today was Fido's first office visit with Banfield and I loved it! Everyone was so friendly and very professional! If you had questions, I would get answers! Fido liked the staff better than his old Doctor!
