And the administrative incompetence of Banfield strikes again. I come 15 minutes early for My Pug’s appt they refuse to check me in early, ok no biggie. At 2:30 they claim my Pug cannot be seen because I was removed as an authorized person on the account! Texted My Ex multiple times (he was in procedures; he’s a physician)and called his wife. The Palm Beach Outlet location has the NASTIEST staff ever! Unprofessional, vulgar, rude, and completely ignorant. Total failure in customer service. Needs to have a major overhaul in employees. Could also benefit from a more comprehensive training program for their staff. Run from this place as far and as fast as you can.
Maui is getting better! His red blood cells have almost doubled. He's gained almost a whole pound and his levels are the highest they have been in over six months. Dr. Bullock has literally saved his life!!! ��
