Had my dog neutered there yesterday and the staff is so professional yet friendly and helpful and they were very good with our dog as well
Everything my wife stated is true. I called Banfield the night before my Pet died. I told them I was gonna probably have to put my dog down. To my amazement, they told me I would have to make an appointment to bring my dog in because they were booked solid the rest of the week. I was stunned. The next morning my son and I came downstairs and found my dog dead. I will NEVER forget the look on my sons face!!! He’s only 6 years old and had to see this. We have been going to banfield for 15 years. They used to be amazing, over the last 5 years we have had a different vet every time we go and they are always trying to get us to spend more money. We called yesterday to get our 13 year old dog in for an emergency appointment and they said we had to wait until next week. He died in the middle of the night. I love my Banfield Pet Hospital.. they are the best I will not go any where else.. they are so good to my sugarpie & she loves them.. they seem like family they take there time to help in anyway answer any questions .. the vets & techs are always helpful & wonderful ..
They have great Drs and techs they answer your questions no matter how stupid you think they are and treat each pet with the best of care
