I've been going to Banfield for 10 years and have had a very good history with my dogs and cats. Yesterday was a good visit. We were delayed as they dealt with an emergency but I'd want my pet seen first in an emergency situation. Once the vet saw us, she spent alot of time sitting on the floor until my dog was comfortable with her. Only then did she do the exam and give the vaccinations.
Lulu is my Shar Pei every time we go into the store she pulls me all the way to the back to say hello to the Vet and staff! She loves her doctors they always give her good treatment along with hugs and kisses!
