RecommendedGreat people that really care
As I have no intention of continuing with Banfield Hospitals due to various major factors, I did, however, take my Dog to this location. I was concerned my dog may have Lyme Disease, and as I was able to get in with my pet rather quickly and monthly payments were being taken out of my bank account for the pet insurance anyways, I made an appointment. I rated this hospital as high as I did BC of the technician Molly, she was excellent, kind and caring with my Dog. The staff was very friendly and nice!
This place is a joke and I told my family to go to a different vet but they stuck with these incompetent assholes and now our dog is dead. Cushions?? disease my ass my dog had a heart attack after the medication you prescribed and after telling us to double his pain meds he became half paralyzed and died in our house. I will never in my life take an animal here nor will I ever tell anyone to go here. You people have no idea what you're doing. We love Dr Torres and Kevin!! They are great with both Katniss (our kitten) and Sophia ( our shih tzu).
The staff are well trained and caring. The Dr's are amazing.. we just had to have our cat out to rest in thisboffice and we couldnt ask for more caring and compassionate staff!!! Thre nurse even got teary eyed... love this place!!
Dr. McDonald and the rest of the staff are simply awesome!!!
