I arrived for my pet’s appointment right on time. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there! Finally someone came over and had me sign in. She then said, “Have a seat for three or four minutes.” Over twenty minutes later, someone came out for my pet. The procedure took two minutes. I was made to wait forty minutes for a two minute procedure! The staff is not welcoming nor efficient.
I am disgusted with this Animal Hospital. My mom took her cat in to get seen by a vet because she was not feeling well. My mom has taken both her pets there to be seen in the past with no issues. Due to the current situation my mother is not working. I offered to pay for the vet visit which was over $400.00. Only to be told they cant take payments over the phone. Are you kidding me? So now my mom who has limited funds is having to cover the bare minimum to get the cat treated… See more

RecommendedEvery experience there has been positive. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the amazing Vets everyone is caring and kind. Dr. Allison is wonderful and always takes the time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend this Banfield location.
Caring staff! Easy to make appointments, they are conveniently opened 7 days a week.
Brought Bruce Lee and Ninja yesterday. The young lady at front desk and all staff so professional and friendly. Vet called me to keep me posted.
First time to this location and it was wonderful..in and out completely within 25 minutes...awesome!!
