Absolutely do not take your dog to this Banfield! Our dog Loki was taken in by my fiance to be looked at for a persistent cough due to our dog getting into some trash. My fiance went there for help and only got a accusatory tone from the vet first assuming that the cough was due to our attaching the leash directly to his collar. RecommendedThe staff here is top notch... there is not much customer service these days but everyone here is so pleasant helpful and great to work with. I feel they really care about my pet and they offer such great packages to help save on money
They are an absolute amazing facility. They always take perfect care of my dogs and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they do. Quick and precise service. Dr. Welch and Dr. Witt are incredible at what they do and always do a great job ! I've always loved Banfield, especially this one.
