I’ll start with a short summary: The staff receptionist was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my life, by a landslide. I went into Banfield to get my cat’s food. My cat has been on the same food for 6 years. I have a prescription for her. I have used prescription cards that have been out-of-date and it’s never been an issue, they just print me a new one.
