Banfield almost killed my cat. they did not close her up correctly during a routine spay. had to rush her to an emergency vet who found that knots had not been done correctly. her intestines wound up outside the abdominal cavity and almost on the floor. please let your vets know how important it is to take your time.
I have been beyond impressed with the associates at this Banfield. My puppy Leia drags me back to the desk every time we go in PetSmart and gets sad when she isn’t there to see her friends at Banfield. They always greet her by name and she absolutely loves all the attention they give her. We’re so happy to have found a vet family as wonderful as they are.
