I was scheduled to drop off my dog 2 weeks prior for her dental cleaning and just before anyone took her in, they told me her health coverage was expired this morning. So they told me I had to renew or call the insurance or pay 240 to take her in. We had previously scheduled to work within the health plan and Corporate didn’t give any months during the high pandemic stage.

My fur son Kasper only had a drop off available for an appointment. I did not have a choice but to take it due to the urgency of the problem. I was not regretful at all because the Veterinarian sounded very compassionate on the phone and explained all the recommended procedures. My dog looked happy when I picked him up. Service was great and staff were all wearing huge smiles.
