RecommendedOur baby Oscar had to be put down today. With the Pandemic most places only alow the animal in, some allow 1 to go with the pet. This place let my daughter and I be with him. They were properly masked and protected and offered us sanatizer, even the front office secretary!!!! The Doctor reassured us, and the nurse was loving on him with us while it happened. Such a kind and loving environment ❤!

I only give a 4 because I had to wait until the following day when my fur baby was not well, at all. Otherwise, once there, they were great with Yoqui. Unlike their sign says they take sick pets first, I was third registered, even with an appointment.

We've never had an issue. We have 3 animals on the wellness plan. Makes health care for our pets affordable.
I have been going to the Burlington WA Banfield for over 3 years now! They are amazing with my animals, they do a GREAT job of making them feel comfortable and loved! They are my first choice in Veterinary Medicine and Pet Hospitals! Even if its just for a quick phone call for advice!
