They must have high turnover, never the same vet or vet tech. Every receptionist I’ve encountered has been rude & unhelpful. We’re on a wellness plan but the receptionist told me to go somewhere else when I said I was concerned about my dog & wanted to make an appt.

My dog bandit just got his surgery done here yesterday! (Neutered) and this staff is so amazing and he is recovering so well. Thank you all so much for taking good care of him since day 1, I very much appreciate it! Very well organized and kind staff.
Rocky Junior is my service dog and dog training assistant, and he's a very important part of my life. So, when Rocky suddenly became ill I was worried because our regular vet, the Lakewood Banfield, couldn't see us. I called this location and they were able to see us within a few hours. The staff was great and Dr. Yancey was knowledgeable, caring and very competent. It's a big relief leaving and knowing my beloved dog was so well taken care of!
I've never been treated with more disrespect then I had been today.
My new puppy Pepper was seen here for the first time on 1/27/2016. We both received Excellent Service :)
